Welcome to Cryptronix! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cryptronix app and platform ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Cryptronix, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

3. Deposits

Users may deposit funds via supported methods including bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to verification and may take up to 24–72 hours to process.

4. Trading

Cryptronix provides a platform for trading meme coins and other cryptocurrencies. Prices are volatile and we do not guarantee profits. All trading is done at your own risk.

5. Withdrawal Policy

To ensure platform stability and prevent fraud:

A minimum holding period of 30 days is required from the date of your first deposit before any withdrawals can be initiated.

This one-month (30-day) wait applies to new accounts and resets with each new deposit.

Withdrawal requests may take up to 5 business days to process after eligibility is met.

Identity verification is required before any funds can be withdrawn.

We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud or regulatory non-compliance.

6. Fees

Cryptronix may apply trading, deposit, and withdrawal fees. A full fee breakdown is available within the app and is subject to change with notice.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Meme coins, in particular, can be highly volatile. You acknowledge and agree that Cryptronix is not liable for any loss of capital incurred through trading or holding digital assets on the platform.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Cryptronix for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or other activities prohibited by law or regulation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for security concerns. You may also request account closure after fulfilling all withdrawal eligibility criteria.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and app. Continued use of Cryptronix after changes signifies your agreement to the new terms.
